ANXIETY THE COOL WAY (ANXIETYSECRETS.com)

This man has a website, that offers a method of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) but from a really cool perspective, in fact he refers to the method as; "Overcoming Anxiety & Panic the Cool Way".

I love his approach to CBT and back when my autoimmune thyroid disease flared up and caused me serious anxiety symptoms, I ordered his CD. It was remarkably comforting and just a sensational method in helping people with anxiety, to overcome and use it to their advantage, rather than the anxiety controlling them. I actually wrote to him, to let him know how much I enjoyed the CBT method on CD. He has since expanded and improved on the program, so is an even more advantageous program, than when I benefited from it.

If you have anxiety problems, I highly recommend visiting his website! He offers the method there but also has lots of great anxiety info posted on his website!

Is there really a way to get those anxiety symptoms to line up under your control and for your benefit? Yes there is and this article gives pointers on how to do this. People with anxiety disorders can better learn to channel their anxiety into a positive force rather that percieving it as negative all of the time. This method falls under the catagory of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and has been successful for many people.

Yes, excellent Hub. CBT is an important counseling approach that can be effective with all mood disorders. There are other methods too. I believe people need to learn how to vent and use relaxation skills. Please see how I try to help others in new ways. Sincerely: Gary Eby, author and therapist.
