People who suffer from anxiety may not know the types. So let me tell you, there are different types of anxiety, including social anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, panic disorder, phobias, and generalized anxiety.

1. Social Anxiety. It means that people suffer this kind of anxiety either in a social situation or in anticipation of a social situation. It won't be a extreme problem unless you don't deal with it effectively.

5. Generalized Anxiety Disorder(GAD). People who is constantly worried about every aspect of their life may suffer from GAD. They may worry about themselves, their family, their friends, and even the entire world. Although their symptom is not easy to find, many people may think this is what is diagnosed, however, when you start worrying everything, you should pay more attention, because you are most likely suffer the GAD.

So when you have feelings of anxiety, seek treatment as soon as possible. Once you find out what type of anxiety you have, you can have the problem treated in time.
