I have been a sufferer of panic attacks, anxiety attacks, stress related disorders and even depression for some 12 years now.

In that time I have both experienced every awful emotion these ailments bring us and have also spent huge amounts of time trying to find a solution.

My Eureka moment came when I discovered this - no pills, no potions, no visits, no hocus pocus, no smoke and mirrors really simple remedy - which worked for me ANXIETY THERAPY

This is no 5 minute wonder and will only work for you if you apply it, and apply yourself.

Anyone reading this will know how awful these ailments are and how debilliating they can be not just for the sufferer, but for friends and family - been there, done that, and starred in the film.

Here is something which I highly recommend which has worked for me massively and that is what I call my SO WHAT HAPPENS THEN? principle.

Let me try and explain this as simply as I can - I will take an example of my being afraid of being late for work and that triggering a relevant panic attack.

i may be late for work - Q. sO WHAT HAPPENS THEN?

A. My boss may see me coming in late - Q. SO WHAT HAPPENS THEN?

A. He will fire me - Q. SO WHAT HAPPENS THEN?

A. We will have no money to pay the bills etc Q. SO WHAT HAPPENS THEN?

Rather than keep up this dialogue, what I am doing here is proving to myself that the real reason for the attack is actually unfounded and totally unrational - the old saying applies here i.e. to control the body, first control the mind.

The lesson I learned is that if I can convince myself my fear is groundless, then it eases and in some cases never reappears.

Best of luck and hope this works for you
