69Anxiety is a mental disturbance in which a person experienced unreasonable fears.
Symptoms of Anxiety :
- Unexplained fear
- Feeling of insecurity
- Superficial Anguish
Causes of Anxiety :
- Traumatic experiences in the past
- Too much stress
