Anxiety is a mental disturbance in which a person experienced unreasonable fears.


Symptoms of Anxiety :

  1. Unexplained fear
  2. Feeling of insecurity
  3. Superficial Anguish

Causes of Anxiety :

  • Traumatic experiences in the past
  • Too much stress
  • Current difficult situations that risk the person's security.
  • Uncontrollable obsessive thoughts in which the person's imagination goes beyond reality. Usually the effect of drugs.
  • Excessive intake of drugs, stimulant, or alcohol.


Recommended Treatment, Vitamins, Minerals and Food Supplements :

  1. Talking with the psychologist or counselor is recommended. It is appropriate to have a psychological analysis or self analysis done to discover the cause of problem. This analysis should be done by psychologist or someone who can help determine the root of the problem.
  2. Meditate and Exercise regularly to decrease anxiety.
  3. Gingko Biloba - is an excellent plant which helps the memory and brain functions.
  4. Eliminate alcohol and beverages, refined sugar and caffeine (coffee, cola, black tea, etc.).
  5. Vitamin B1 or thiamine important for brain functions.
  6. Calcium and magnesium help nervous system to function better.
  7. Amino acid Tryptophan, important for the production of serotonine and nor-adrenaline, substances for neurotransmission.
  8. Royal Jelly -necessary for correct function of the brain.
  9. Multi-minerals - necessary for composition and function of all the body's organs and systems (more effective if taken together with multi-vitamins)
  10. Herbal tea

If your anxiety gets to the extreme point of having panic attacks, chest pains and a deep and going anguish, consult your doctor or a psychologist.
