This is a totally unhelpful article, especially when you're in the middle of a panic attack and you need to find some coping skills quickly. When you're led to a page like this that tells you what you already know, it's totally a let down. I needed coping skills, not someone to tell me that they were helpful. Make a list full of actual things I can use next time.

this article is something that a person with panic attacks can realize with mild critical thinking. what are some helpful things to do? herbs are crap. and you dont even name what they are or where to find them.
