Step 1: Writing for fun, or publishing?

Upon choosing what reason you wish to write a book...

whether it be for enjoyment, or to publish...

also keep in mind the different routes your journey in

writing will take you...the many different approaches

upon submission of the materials you provide, and

what benefits await you with your new and exciting

story, stories!

Books can be rewarding for anyone who enjoys writing

or reading. The choice is all yours!

 Step 2: Where and how to begin your story.

Once you've chosen whether to write just for fun, or to publish...

you're then ready to begin your story.  Where and how to begin

your story, can also be an easy  task...less the challenge that

most think it to be.

Your story can be of various genres... fiction, action, comedy,

drama, mystery, romance, suspense, even a biography.

The possibilities are endless! 

If it's your choice to write on paper, you can later type, or pay

someone for their professional services to professionally complete

your final draft...which can get expensive, depending on how many

pages your story is when finished.

I like many other writers chose mostly the computer when

available...for the obvious reasons such as  easy typing,

formatting, saving, editing and etc. 

Computers offer much more possibility.

Step 3: Begin writing!

Next, you're ready to begin your journey in the world

of literature...begin writing! Whether it be fiction,  fact,

a biography, or maybe even a manual...

express yourself, thoughts, and ideas with your best

ability. Also...write only when you feel like it, and the time feels 

right too. If your intention is to write and later publish your

story...it is best to write only when you're in what I and many

other writers call "your comfort zone"...when you're most

comfortable and nothing can stop you from accomplishing

what ever it is with your writing you seek to achieve.  

Step 4: Your story is finished...what next?

Your story is finished, what is the next step?

The next step is all up to you...whether you do, or don't

want to publish it. If you do wish to publish your story...

I strongly recommend self publishing, POD.

Print on demand publishing is my Best advice to 

any and all writers new to the scene for quite a lot

of good reasons: a sure way to be published,

the excitement of seeing your very own story printed

in professional form, the recognition of becoming

an accomplished author, and the rewards that may

await you with book sales, revenues etc!

There are many publishing companies out there, and several

of them are no fee based to set up as well...while several other

publishing companies offer a publishing package for a set fee.

Choosing the right one for you is my best advice I can 

offer in that area. I can how ever tell you, to check out my

books online, where you'll be able to get more of an idea about

self publishing. So what are ya waiting for...write that story!
