If you are trying to lose weight then dieting is something that you have probably thought of a lot about already. This diet poses no threats except for some signs of lesser food intake. The only thing that your body will experience is less food intake.

This is something you are going to need to decide to do. If you really need to lose weight then there is no loss in trying the diet out at least. At least you will know this way if it works or not.

If it does not work in the first month or so of doing it, try something else. There are many diets out there that will work for you. All you need to do is find the right diet for you.
