Here's a wonderful recipe for Apple Pie Pizza that is easy to make and so delicious. I guarantee you that people including kids will love Apple Pie Pizza. And it really isn't that hard to make. We sold and served it in several restaurants I worked at over the years and it was always a big hit.

Now what you want to do is take Hungry Jack Biscuits, yes the store bought biscuits from the grocery store and you want to take your hands and mash the biscuits up together adding several teaspoons of sugar and cinnamon and work it into your dough well. Now you want to place the ball of dough onto a lightly floured surface and roll your dough out with a rolling pin very thin. After you have it rolled out cut out a 10 inch round circle and place it onto a baking sheet.

Now take six large Granny Smith Apples and peel them and cut into small pieces. Place into a pot and just cover with water. Add at least 4 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, a tablespoon of margarine and a teaspoon of cinnamon. Cook the apples until they are fork tender.

Now you want to place your cooked apples onto your pizza you cut out of your dough. Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees and then put your apple pie pizza into the hot oven. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes until your dough is golden brown.

Now you want to be ready to serve the Apple Pie Pizza as soon as you take it out of the oven. Have vanilla ice cream waiting and place a large scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of each slice of Apple Pie Pizza as you serve it.
