Applying Hue and Saturation

Here's a sample using Hue and Saturation Step 1: Open a new canvas

Open a new Canvas, size is 500 x 150, White Background

Step 2: Click on Color Picker, then locate the color as shown on Label B

or type 028DFB

Step 3: Select the Gradient Tool, then select the Foreground to transparent type as shown on Label B

Step 4: Add a new Layer click on the Layer Window as shown on image

You can press  CTRL + SHIFT + N  to insert a new Layer

Step 5: On the New Layer, Use the Gradient Tool to make a gradient design as shown on image

Step 6: Now, Open an Image you want to merge with your deisgns.

Once open, Select the Move Tool as shown on Label A, then Click and Drag the Image to your currently working canvas, refer to the image above

Step 7: Postition your Image that looks nice, use your artistic skills...

Step 8: After positioning the image, apply Hue and Saturation...

A-Click on Image in the Menu Bar,  B- Select Adjustment,  C- Click on Hue and Saturation or use the Shortcut press CTRL + U

Step 9: Click on Colorize, you will notice that the color of the image has changed, it blends on the gradient effect

You can adjust the Hue, Saturation, and Lightness Value to make it better...

Step 10: Now lets erase some parts of the image in order to look nicer. Select the Eraser tool

Set the Opacity to 18%, Right Click on the Canvas to pop up the brish Properties.  Selec the Soft Edges as shown on label D, then Set the Diameter to 97.

Step 11: Erase the left edge of the Image, follow the arrow on label A

Step 12: Add Text to the Deisgn

Now, its done...
