Apps Marketer is a scam - do not bite
68Nice Monitors!!!
Looks legit but it is not
DO NOT JOIN THIS PROGRAM - DO NOT JOIN THIS PROGRAM - DO NOT JOIN THIS PROGRAM
They will sell your phone number to some outfit that will not quit calling. If anyone knows of a way I can get them to quit calling, please let me know. I have asked them to take me off of their list and they refuse, I have threatened them only to be threatened back.
If you have time, please call some of these numbers and talk to them about joining and then just hang up - Make sure to ask if they will give you a free computer if you sign up.
480-302-5953, 602-954-2253, 602-792-9866, 480-455-3829, 602-774-3460, 602-774-3459, 602-774-3457, 605-838-0310
The prick supervisor there told me that I should not have filled out any info on the internet - what a douche-bag. It has been about ten times now that I have asked them to take me off of their list. I guess things are going to get a lot more serious now. If anyone has any info on how I can shut these people down, please let me know. Please add the number that they are calling from, in the comments section.
As you can see, they have been calling from these numbers over the last few weeks. At times I will bait them and talk to them for about 15 minutes, as I am driving and then I start really torturing them. Asking them really crazy questions like how do you get blood out of carpet and should I replace the carpet if I have someones blood on it - If I fill up a roll up carpet with bricks do they think it will sink. Of course this is after I have had them tell me all about their program.
I will be contacting the BBB and IC3 about these people - The culprit is the Apps Marketer Scam - they are the ones who sold my number to these people. They will lie and say oh we just have your phone number here under someone who might be interested in earning more money from home or a second income or someone wanting to supplement their income.
blah, blah, blah, their all scammers. I hope I help out more people and if you have joined this program - just try to get out of it. And in the future do a search on any program that looks good but your just not sure about.
I found this from a friend and decided to see what it was all about. Here is the email.

KEVIN KENNEDY - Scam Artist or fake person!!!
> Founder & CEO - HA HA HA
> http://www.TheAppsMarketer.com - Scam!!!
Seems pretty legit after looking at the site, I decided to join and see if I could make a few bucks. I started out right away with my link advertising it on a few traffic sites and I know they were being viewed but as soon as I went back to - what they call your back office there was no way to check on traffic seeing your link or to check if there are any sales of any kind. WHAT? You have got to be kidding me. There is nothing in a back office except how to promote the product. I really doubt you will ever see any money even if you decide to sell something. I have not heard back from them after requesting a refund and the phone number provided is for some traffic program and you get a voicemail.
If you are thinking of doing this and you have found this site before you joined, you are way ahead of the game than I. It is a total waste of time and money and I hope others comment here as well. There will be many more programs that pop up like this in the future. I suggest doing your DD before buying into anything. Call the numbers, send emails to support, make sure they are legit before throwing your money away. Just because the site looks great does not mean it is not a scam.
I will be contacting my cc company and canceling the transaction.
responseinsight.com is what shows up on your credit card bill -
If you go to that site the 1-800-999-1234 number is for jpmorgan in NYC.
The website ALLAPPSPORTAL.COM is hosted with godaddy.com but record checking is blocked by domains by proxy, inc. which is used by scam artist to block access to the actual owner.
I hope this hub helps everyone that reads it.

Did you ever get your money back or should I say, how can I, since I purchased this before seeing your review.
Shirley,
No, I have not received my money back and I doubt I will see it from the company. The only way you can get your money back is to file a claim with your credit card company. I hope you didn't use a debit card because there is no way of getting your money back. I would also file a claim with the BBB against the company and then go to the IC3 website and file a complaint.
These people need to be stopped at all costs. I have gotten numerous phone calls from them trying to sell me into their scam. I have even gotten text messages that I never signed up for.
I have sent them numerous emails requesting my money back. I will be contacting my credit company later and I will let everyone know what the process is.
If you sign up with any online program, make sure you use an actual credit card and not a debit card, just so you have some kind of recourse.

hola no se ingles pero lo poco que interpreto esta muy interesante porfavor necesito ayuda en espanol mi e-mail ferrari77_77@hotmail.com gracias
I did receive my refund on July 20th - It took 7 days but they could have easily canceled the transaction before it posted. I would be weary of getting into a program like this until they are all set up. It seems they are using this to promote the selling of their advertising package and they want to sell you like 6 months of training. It might be good for someone with no internet marketing experience but not for someone who has sold on the internet or knows about internet marketing.
Hey SM,
I just wanted to say thanks for posting this warning about this site. I almost bought into it but, being suspicious by nature, I decided to google their name and I found your review. I want to add, that I received an email from these guys titled, "Job Training - online course" the sender's name was John Darling and his return email addy is JD@cashadvance-byemail8.net.
Again, thank you
Tammy
Thanks for posting this article. I have been trying to find a way to make money on the internet, and as has been commented by some, it's seems like over 90% of the ads for making money are nothing but scams. Clue one: if they can provide you with a website that can make you thousands of dollars in a very short, why would they sell it for less than $50.00. I don't mind investing some money to get something up and running that will make me a decent income, but there are so many scams out there, that I am getting flustered with the whole thing. I have no doubt there are real money making opportunities out there, but the main job seems to be separating the wheat from the chaff.
Thanks!
Karl
I have been scammed by these people. I wish I had read this column before I ordered. They got me for $63. I am fighting hard for them to reverse the charges. I filed a report at ripoffreport.com and if you google them it shows how I was ripped. I recommend that anyone ripped by them be to post to ripoffreport. also contact me if you know how i can get my money back. schmidt_gus@yahoo.com
I was one to sign up for the Apps Market Portal. I was one that had experience in how to market websites and products. I have saved the hit/clicks/impressions/banner exchanges/etc... and followed the steps outlined by the company. I received a phone call from them attempting to sell me the ability to provide traffic to my site also.
Now first I reported a problem with the website. It wasn't loading correctly over a five day period. I could get no one to solve it. I then discovered that it was actually one site that was being utilized by everyone that bought into the whole thing. I saw other numbers (belonging to other individuals) and plugged them to see the same problem I was having and the same link information.
Anyway this gent wanted me to pay (after asking me my background and finances) about $10,000 and he could gaurantee me $100k a month. Now first of all I know they can't claim that as it would be having to resort to illegal promotion approaches and two, it they could then it was money that they were getting from the site already and just giving it to me for the $10k BUT it would only be once.
Bottom line, they are making the money that we who purchased the thing is promoting. There tools are crap and I could hear the boiler room running in the background when I spoke to that one gent.
As the gent mentioned at the beginning of this blog, I don't believe the picture is real, the checks and "look at my accounting record right here" is all bull. I am not going to even ask for a refund. I am going to see how long it takes for them to shut it down. I am recording it all monitoring traffic and so forth. My "site" alone was receiving a couple hundred hits a day by day five and growing from there by an average of 22%.
They are the crooks making the money not us.
I got the charges reversed but the webpage assigned to me is still up. I have a hit counter on the page but dont know if people are buying. It really smells bad. I suspect any orders are just going to their accounts not ours.
Thanks for posting the info regarding this scam. I have been getting spammed by KEVIN KENNEDY trying to get me to visit AppsSuccess.com. The return email address is Kevinkennedy@nicesupercircle.com, so every time I get this spam I visit the AppsSuccess web site and fill out the form with a fictitious address and phone number (555 1212) then in the email address part of the form I enter Kevinkennedy@nicesupercircle.com. I also dig out the Reply To: addr from the email header and fill out the form for good measure.
It probably does not accomplish much, but it makes be feel a bit better.
Thanks for all the post. Just to add I got involved with then "APPSCIRCUIT downloader" I am a Affiliate. I did not request a refund but since I joined I have wittnessed several different support emails for contact.
support@appsprofits.com
support@theappseller.com
support@appsmarketer.com
All are the same and they even have the same phone #504-267-2097. I paid for Banner advertisement at "SkyscraperAds.com" and paid for traffic at "Clicks2You.com" both through appsprofits.com/ affiliateresources The #504-267-2097 is also the # for these too. I also recently received 200 post cards along with a 200 people mailing list: which is my most recent way to promote my web site. The post cards and mailing list was provided with no cost other then the amount for paying for the stamps. Is this a SCAM or am I helping someone else to promote their site???????? Please continue to post so that we can help each other and perhaps put a end to this SCAM!!

I tested because I hate having to join in order to speak.
Thank you so much for your post. As I was reading this scam, I kept wondering about who was going to be paying me for what?!! I finally decided that you had to already have a site or product, and that they were going to give you a magic portal into the world's cell phone traffic that would somehow increase your sales. Sounds ingenious on the surface, and then I thought how in the hell are they going to get me to navigate to joe blow's website if I don't want to. Then I realized that I was buying an online ad for every website on the internet. Their price seems cheap for so much advertising. Maybe when you go through their portal Captain Kirk will give you a ride on the Enterprise!!!
Beam me up, Scottie!,
