Apricot With Melted Butter

Wash apricots.

Halve and pit apricots.

Melt the butter. Prefer to melt the butter in a bain-marie in order not to burn it (in case you don't like burnt butter).

Pour the butter onto the apricots.

Decorate with rosemary (the smell will make you dream you are spending your holidays in Provence).
