Exterior foam window trim moldings may be your best option and one of the answers to updating and/or selling your home. Of course once the foam moldings are up you may not want to sell. The installation is very basic, something the homeowner can do. Basic carpentry skills are all that is needed. If you feel the undertaking is more than you can handle? A good foam molding manufacture should have there own installers. 

Picking the correct moldings will be the hard part. Finding that perfect molding that will go with your home elevation can be tricky. What I think you should do is keep in mind, large moldings sometimes look good for a large home and conversely small moldings for smaller homes. Maybe you are thinking I have stucco banding now what can I do? One answer is to enhance the flat stucco band with 3D foam moldings. The average stucco band is approximately from 4 to 10 inches wide.  Enough room to apply a smaller molding on top of the existing stucco banding. Another alternative cover the whole stucco band. No matter which you choose the result will add beauty and value to your home.
