Collagen is very essential as its the protein in our body and accounts

for about 75-85% of skin, muscle and connective tissue.

It gives our skin its elasticity and firmness, makes hair, teeth

and nails strong and is found in muscles, joints, ligaments

and cartilage. However, after age 25 we start to lose it and by

age 40-47 we dont have any left.

elasticity and firmness.It also affects the muscular-skeletal

moisturizers are on the market and may help but lately

theres news about taking them by supplements.Many health

stores are selling them and people swear by them.

People who have arthritis or a family history of arthritis, who are obese or have skeletal or joint diseases.

  • Men and women over the age of 40.Its better to start after age 25 as a preventative measure.
  • Active people and athletes.
  • People who smoke.
  • Those who have protein deficiency or dont eat a proper balanced diet.
