Of course I understand the two weren’t running against each other, but many voted for Obama because they hated Bush. Some didn’t understand McCain wasn’t the same man Bush was; but that didn’t matter. People voted for CHANGE without knowing what change the current President really meant, but what have you the voter gotten for pulling the lever you did?

More of you have become unemployed, and have no idea when a job will be coming your way. The President looks like he is a better prognosticator than I am. He predicted unemployment would stop at 8%, I predicted we would go as high as 15%. So he is approximately 2% off and I am approximately 5% off, but we have not reached the dead end yet. Did the bank take your home away yet? Unfortunately many say yes and others are praying to stave off this occurrence. It seems this magic man of a President cannot solve all of our problems, of course Bush couldn’t solve everything either but Obama still continues to blame Bush for everything; How much longer can this go on?

Our current President continues to blame our past President for problems he has increased. Do you really believe our current and future debt lies on the shoulders of George W. Bush? Obama has increased our National debt more in five months than any President has in four or eight years. Wow; what can he accomplish in the rest of his term (four years).

If George W. Bush had then proposed to double the debt again within 10 years, would you have approved?
So, tell me again, what is it about Obama that makes him so brilliant and impressive? Can't think of anything? Don't worry. He's done all this in 5 months -- so you'll have three years and seven months to come up with an answer.
Does the above give you pause to think? I certainly hope it does. If it doesn’t, please don’t call yourself “open minded.” The answer is simple, you’re not.

I voted for McCain also. I can't believe that so many fell for a scam. He was probably the least qualified candidate to get elected, no accomplishments. As President he also has no accomplishments.
If you know so much, then why don't you run for president. It is so easy to shout from behind the curtain of so-call righteousness.

I was starting an Internet campaign to run for President in 2010. If you looked at my profile you would see I have Multiple Sclerosis. Because of my worsening condition, I had to cease and desist.
With my Platform, I had gained support in twelve states. For my cabinet I had three CEO's of Fortune 100 companies. My Chief of Staff would have been a man that is running for the Senate in 2012. If he didn't get his parties nomination, he would have joined the team.
I was trying not to ask for campaign contributions, only volunteers to work for what we believe in. That way I wouldn't owe any favors. I could just what a consesus thought was the right thing. I wanted votes on issues to see what the people thought. I also wanted papers to print how everyone in Congress voted.
I had nothing to increase the defecit, only to lower it. Lowering taxes was a priority.
I never expected to win without the backing of a major party. I wanted to make the voters think. Does this sound like the ranting of an idiot, your call.

Yeah, I'm really sure I wanted Obama instead of Bush. That was a no brainer. You should have given us somebody competent and ready to fight for the average American, to choose over Obama. Unfortunately, I can't think of any myself right now. They're all politicians!
I did vote for Obama and I do confess I'm a little disappointed, but not because he is a communist, socialist, leftist, extremist, etc., but rather because he seems to be acting more like a Republican than a Democrat in many ways. As an Independent, I believed we needed to slide the other way for a while. The things that he is staying firm on are, unfortunately, mostly the things I disagree with the Decmocratic party about. Oh well!

Maybe I do not understand what you are saying. Have you ever worked for a large corporation where you can move-up if your work is good? That is NOT the Obama way.
All that work for the corporation are part of the people, we are all the people. Some have more, some have less. That is what capitalism is all about. The biggest problem is when the gov't doesn't watch over things well, or our gov't. is corrupt or does a bad job. The market place always finds it's path eventually.

He never fought for equality, he fought for, "we want." He got plenty more than anyone.

It is amazing what is revealed as persons look at President Obama - an unsuspecting mirror. Flawed comparisons, platitudes of all types and urealistic expectations. I am sure that all of you know of a time when a Doctor, in good faith, made an initial diagnosis and later found a completely different situation. Do you blame the Doctor for your extended healing time and extra costs? That is symbolic of the change of which you speak.
How do we compare 8 months with 8 years? Opportunities for investing have changed. The businesman can invest outside of America or use outside labor. Hedge funds make money for the few, and makes no dent in employment. So we continue to promote ideals that are no longer revelant and blame Obama? When we look at others, we only see ourselves, and reveal our values, beliefs and experiences. I now wonder what will be said a few years from now?

It is possible to destroy more things in a short time than a longer time. When the Democrat's took over Congress they changed a failing Bush economy and started to make it worse. Obama has changed things to speed up this change. Our country is soon to be destroyed from within, as all great societies have been.

He and many of his advisors are communists. Many of his advisors have been seen on youtube admitting they are. That's why Van Jones was forced out by FOX.
Watch and listen to what they say. See if it is backed up by facts, then make a decision.
Why are all the bills Obama is pushing over 1,000 pages and Congress must read them over night.
