I watched the finale of the Biggest Loser and was so inspired by what these people have accomplished. Let's face it, they beat the odds! They realized that their lives had gotten out of control, their health was deteriorating and if they didn't do something about it soon, they might not have that many years ahead of them. So they made the decision, committed to do the work, lost the weight, improved their health and the quality of their lives.

Their stories are no different than many others. Everyone has some sort of challenge they may face. How many times have you wanted something more for yourself but you didn't think you could reach that particular goal? How many people in your life have told you that you could never amount to much because of lack of education or money? How many times have you not had the belief in yourself that you could be more then you are? 

Well, if the people who joined the Biggest Loser can beat the obstacles and lose all that weight, you can do the same with whatever problems you face in your life. You may be thinking to yourself that you can't do this alone. Let's face it, not many people can. So why not join a community that is supportive and helpful. One that can help you learn how to think differently so that you can change all those negative thoughts you've always had. A community of can do artist, super doers and forward thinkers. A community that encourages you to become everything that you know you can be. A community that tells the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.....

These communities do exist and I happen to belong to one of them. It has literally changed the way I think about things and made me realize that I can be anyone I want and have anything I desire. We are heading into a new era of uncertainty. Don't let your past define your future.
