Your Customer Service Could Be Lacking
I am a TRUE fan of reality shows that have meaning, and help me get ideas and create visions fo rmy businesses, but there is one that I think is essential to customer service; Bridazilla (Wetv.com).
If you have ever seen this program, you notice that, lately, most of the women are totally crazy and do not have any regard to how they look on television.
What does this mean to customer service? MANY THINGS!
As this economy takes a straight dive, businesses are suffering. Business owners and reps are frustrated by their lack of customers, clientele and mainly MONEY. What happens to the person or business that is missing all of this? They become a ZILLA! A person that could care less about how they look when they react to a situation, meeting, problem at events, etc. They have no regard to the "presentation" of their business or themselves.
Step away from the computer, prospective client or bank tella and calm the ZILLA within.
It is important to stand with integretity as you fight off everything that comes your way. You will never obtain that new client if you forget to smile in public or smile while talking on the phone. Word of mouth will never know your business if you sweat the small stuff.
So, now what?
Remember that you are the walking commercial for your business; your business is your entire life. Do not succumb to the sitiuations in your life, especially knowing that you can change them just by your thought patterns. Get over whatever is going wrong and focus on what is right!
Do not become a Zilla and mess up your future!
