The composition of sweat is similar to that of plasma except that it does not contain proteins.It contains electrolytes(such as potassium, sodium, and chloride) and metabolic wastes (like urea and lactic acid).

Sweat secreted from apocrine sweat glands contains numerous substances, which are most likely the precursors for forming odoriferous compounds, even although these precursors are odorless, examples of these products

You can scent any of the preparations the way you like, and you can also search the web for herbs with antibacterial properties, but as long as you apply Epsom salt you will not need any of them. Use them in whatever frequency makes you feel comfortable about the results, they are completely safe.
