Aronia berries have the highest levels of natural antioxidants of any fruit. Research shows that Aronia contains 5 to 10 times the amount of anthocyanins and polyphenols of blueberry and cranberry.

It is also the richest fruit source of anthocyanins and other antioxidants. Aronia has an oxygen radical absorptive capacity (ORAC) value higher than any other food or fruit. This is mainly because of high concentration of anthocyanins and proanthocyanidins.

This is interesting, I did'nt know that Aronia contains 5 to 10 times the amount of anthocyanins and polyphenols of blueberry and cranberry. I really like blueberries in my granola and I like cranberries in my green salads. I will have to try the aronia juice. Thanks
