Some of the things we have tried

It started for me in my late 20's. First it was my elbows, then my knees, and now its all over. It's amazing how arthritis can affect your ability to do the simple things you used to do. I started doing a little research on natural remedies on the Internet and I found a few things to try. First I tried glucosamine. I didn't really get any relief from that. I have read several articles that say cherries relieve arthritis pain if you consume at least 1oz. per day, this means cherry juice, cherries, or even cherry pie ( sounds good ). Right now I am taking black cherry supplements, but don't know if they are working yet. A few other things I am using now are, fish oil, lethicin and boswalla. If you have certain types of back pain I know for a fact that an invertion table really helps. It allows you to hang upside down and the traction relieves the pain in your back and neck. You can get one for around $130.00. As you can probibly tell I have been looking for some real arthritis pain relief for some time now. I all so read that cold pressed caster oil, massaged onto the painful area, can give some relief. Two more things that I've found to accually help with the pain is, acupuncture and infared light . If you know of ANY ways of reliving the pain please leave a comment and share it with everyone.

Nice article. Thank you. I am sure that many people who experience arthritic pain will be helped by your hub. I have heard that MSM, aphanin (from blue green algae), and mangosteen are all helpful for arthritic pain. You can get all of the above from the Tree of Life in Arizona www.treeoflife.nu or from www.sunfood.com Good luck in your quest for a cure

Have you been tested for arthritis? To have the symptoms you are describing in your twenties suggests you have soe=mething other than osteoarthritis.

that is bad advice...yoy will kill your liver. Go to a different doctor and get a blood test. You may have an autoimmune disease like Lupus or Rhuemetoid arthritis.
