I had the absolute pleasure and the honor of meeting the band A Bird A Sparrow. It was truly a blessing to have them visit my radio show, Livin' the Dream w/ Lucey Knight on Fishbowl Radio Network. These guys are extremely talented and their following is growing rapidly.

The band consists of three members:

Jason No (Vocals/Guitar) from Sanfrancisco, CA

Phillip Ward (Guitar) from South Carolina

Steve Allen (Bass) from Denton, Texas

Many of their fans know them as a five piece band. Jason and the original band members felt they were not following the same path musically, so they decided to part ways so they could save their current friendships and continue to grow.   Jason added two new members to ABAS, Steve and Phillip and they have hit the ground running.  These guys have a chemistry that is electric.  Being with them for a mere five minutes makes you feel empowered and motivated to achieve anything.

All three members have a love for music and an even deeper love for their fans.  They want to get to know their fans and visit with them.  They have had performances in local malls in Texas for the Hot Topic Acoustic Tour, after each performance they took time out to sit and sign autographs and to visit with their fans.  I went to their performance Friday night on October 23rd and it was great.  The crowd was very involved and cheered them on.

Over the next month they are making the trek to New York to record their new acoustic album.  I am very excited about watching their career.  I think this band has a great deal of potential.  Join me like many of their fans and check out their music.
