Astrology David Archuleta: Next American Idol?

David Archuleta is one of the top contenders in this season 2008 American Idols. So would say that he is hardly an amateur as he has won previous competutions. However, given that he is only 17, it would most likely be correct to call him a genius prodigy. His actual birth time is unnknown, but I have set it at 6:30 AM EST, since that will put exalted Jupiter and Ketu in his Cancer ascendant. Ketu here will account for his shortness. His Moon is in Taurus and, of course that is a very creative sign. Mars aspects Mercury and Venus giving him that powerful stage charisma. One thing that troubles me is Mars aspecting the Sun, which may give a predisposition for accidents. He is presently in a Mars period (2003-2010), which is located in his6th house of career. So, this is a favorable time, in general. However, as we have seen in other competitions, it is not always talent that takes the top prize. (Remember my post on Jaclyn Victor in the Asian Idols 2007 losing to Hady Mizra) Here, I'm refering to the fact that Jupiter is now transiting in David's 9th house, from his Taurus Moon. However, he has a natal Capricorn Sun, and his rising sign is Capricorn with Jupiter now transiting over his rising sign and in the 9th house form his Moon (house of luck). No doubt about it though, he has a beautiful voice. Another notable aspect is Jupiter aspecting Saturn and accounts for his humility, in spite of all his early years, even being on T.V. , and winning previous tournaments. We have even seen that other child "prodigies" when they grow up, sometimes fall very short of the mark indeed, both in character and talent.
