Midtown has a great location – between Buckhead and Downtown. It’s the heart and soul of Atlanta’s cultural scene, home to the Fox Theater, the High Museum, the Woodfuff Arts Center, the Robert Ferst Center for the Arts, the 14th Street Playhouse, and the Atlanta Symphony. There also numerous restaurants, cafes, bistros, nightclubs, and trendy boutiques. Midtown also boasts Piedmont Park, a beautiful setting for a multitude of festivals and celebrations. With everything so close, this is definitely a walking community, but it also provides easy access to MARTA, I-7585, and Georgia 400.

Historically speaking, this is an expensive neighborhood – at least it was until the last couple of years. The Midtown area is saturated with condos, and many are in foreclosure or in short sales, so the overall price of condos has declined. A Midtown condo can now be purchased for the previously unheard of price of $53,000.
