Network Marketing is an amazing opportunity to work at home and earn more money than in any traditional job or business. What other job or business offers the flexability to work the hours you want to work, in your pj's, without doing your hair. (if you have hair) There is not another professional position anywhere, that I know of, that will allow you to show up for work like this.

Network Marketing and working at home eliminates the commute to and from work. It eliminates rush hour traffic. It eliminates a boss. You become your own boss. You make the decisions. How much money you make is dependent on how much you work. If you only want to work enough to get by, then work part time. If you want to become rich, work full time and you will be rich and free in a few years.

Do you know someone who has done a network marketing, home based business? How did it go for them? Are they still doing it? Have they quit? Have they struggled? Did it come easily? Many of us have known someone, some where at some point in our lives who have tried "one of those thing" and been unsuccessful. As a matter of fact, there are very few success stories in this entire industry. 97% is the failure rate. Until recently.

Network Marketing has always been dependent on the same method of recruiting. You may have heard these and more. You know, "make your names list", "contact friends and family", "prospect everyone, everywhere". I'm sure these methods have been used and taught by your up-line for as long as your company has been around. This has worked for many people for a long time. But, it hasn't worked for many, many more, remember the 97%?

This method is time consuming with very little results, if any. Are you using this method to grow your business? Has it been successful for you? If it has, is it working for people you have join your opportunity or do you experience a large drop out rate? Are you always having to replace people? Does it seem duplicatable? My gut tells me that 97% of people who join an opportunity do so, not knowing exactly what is involved in the recruiting process. 97% do not duplicate. Why? I think it's due to the fact that 97% are not comfortable doing this.

What if there was a way to recruit people using another method? This one is comfortable, duplicatable and successful. What if there was a way to have people interested in what you are doing, coming to you and asking to join your opportunity? That would be comfortable. That is duplicatable.

Learn this new method yourself and then teach others how to have prospects coming to them. Doesn't it seem like this method would help retain more of your down line. Imagine if everyone in your down line was successful. They would stick around for the long run.
