Effective Healthy Safe & Easy Weight Loss with Cinch
66Profit off of Plump
Losing weight is a cinch if you go with the number one health and nutrition company, Shaklee. As we all probably know weight loss is big business and continues to grow as more and more fly by night companies try to profit off poor overweight plump folks who just don't have any idea of what they need to do. They lose it and gain more. They lose it and gain more. And after all the tricks and gimmicks have all failed and the dust has finally settled it appears that what was lost is found and there is just no hope. There are books, gyms, diets, body suits, TV shows, fat farms and the list goes on. All the diets are now simply being rehashed, rewritten and renamed. Most plump people, (I like this word as I have had these issues too!) lose the weight but the majority gain all the weight back and in most cases gain back even more than was lost.
The key to success is not just a single activity but a complete and total program for life. Bottom line, good nutrition. I know, it sounds like a prison sentence doesn't it? But it does not have to be. Losing weight can actually be fun. You see I found the secret. Yes, I've found the secret, and now I want everyone to know.
I use to blame everyone and everything for being plump.
I believe there is not just one answer. Losing weight takes several answers. Many of the single answers found in our market places today may have additional negative health consequences that many have not bargained for.
For example, take a
look at foods and beverages loaded with Splenda and other artificial
sweeteners. Thousands of plump people believing that their
dreams of having their cake and eating it too have come true. Hoping
beyond all life and reason that now they can eat all the sweets they
want so long as it is sweetened with these artificial sweeteners while
magically taking away those deep rooted sugar and carb cravings. So now they
can stuff themselves and enjoy the sugary rush while painlessly losing weight. However,
the sugar and carb addiction can not be simply cured by an artificial
substitute and as a result those sugar cravings now rooted deep in the
cellular structure are all screaming for a fix. And to top that off, who really knows the side effects of all those artificial sweeteners. But that is another hubpage.
At this point most plump people will dive into a giant bowl of REAL ice cream with chocolate sauce dripping off the top or will make a dash for that hidden giant bag of chocolate M&M's to try and get that all satisfying sugar fix. Trust me, I know all about it. There is a rush that shots through the body and then there's that smile of deep satisfaction as each and every savory tasty bite and chew with a slow follow through swallow. MMmm it's like being in heaven. And, then there's the overwhelming guilt that hits you when its all over.
And consider this! Get the gastric by pass surgery, if you qualify, you have to be more than plump in order to qualify and then you gain it all back. Yikes!
Push Back
So what is a plump person to do? My grandmother used to say "if you want to lose weight just push back from the table". I understand that the older generation had a simple yet eloquent way of putting things. However, eating less and or exercising more may not be the cure-all answer for the most plump people.
Losing weight today requires just a little more than pushing back from the table. It takes a little more than foods loaded with Splenda and other artificial sweeteners to cure those sugar cravings. How about some exercise? I tried exercising. I tried the gym and trainer thing. After 3 months of dedication no weight loss. I gave in to the next donut walking. Yes,I gave up. Could it be that it is a mind set. I loved weight watchers because of the mind set but something was missing there for me as well. Everyone was losing weight except for me. So I gave up.
Coult It Be Genetic?
Yes, that's it, scientists have discovered that certain (chubby) mice, have what they simply called in the fatso gene. According to Readers digest.com 40% of people with 2 copies of the fatso gene are more vulnerable to diabetes and the other 60% more likely to be obese that those without it. And yes, there are those born with more fat cells then the rest of us. The good news is that regular exercise will offset the risk caused by the fat gene.
Could It be STRESS?
Yes, stress will fatten you up. It is food that is stored to provide your body energy through stressful situations. Foods that are high in carbs are stored just for those stress filled occasions. Unused stress carbs just get added to your mid section or thighs. The good news is a workout routine will take away some of the stress and some of those hidden carbs too. Also try mediatation or prayer.
Could It Be Your Mother's Fault?
Yes, while mom was pregnant with you she could not live without ice cream, cake and cookies. As a result all those sugary molecules that released protein into the metabolic system was developing in your brain. Yes, they have proof that mother's diet has a tremendous impact on baby. The good news is that a regular work out routine will take away some of the instinctive urges and allow you lose and keep off your weight.

Could It Be You Need More Sleep?
Yes, Dr. Louis Aronne past president of the Obesity Society says plump people should get a sleep assessment done and if they are getting less than 7 hours he would prescribe more sleep vs. the latest diet fad or miracle drug. Why? University of Chicago researchers say that sleep deprivation upsets our hormone balance that triggers both a decrease in leptin (which makes your feel full) and increases ghrelin (which triggers hunger)The good news is more sleep may be the easiest answer to weight loss
Could It Be That Plumpness is Contagious?
Yes, the experts agree that if one spouse is chubby the other is 37% more likely to become chubby too. But the line doesn't stop with your spouse, it can cross into extended family members and even social networks. The good news is that weight loss including healthy nutrition and exercise programs can also be contagious to other family members as well.

What If You Are Diabetic?
No excuses...my grandma wins again. You can limit the amount of calories you intake daily without eliminating your favorite foods according to diabetes dot org, However, if you are diabetic or leaning in that direction, and if diet and food alone does not work, they recommend by pass surgery. Yikes! Bottom line--the more you weigh the higher your risk.
Okay? So What Is A Plump Person To Do?
Blame everybody and everything? Yes, I blame them all. But what good is that going to do? Push away from the table? Yeah, then what? Short of knelling down and praying to Jesus and believing for a miracle to happen... Well, here is an idea...it has helped me and thousands of plump people successfully and painlessly lose weight. It even cures the sweetness cravings and puts an end to yo-yo dieting.
That's right, there is a cure! I am not sure why it took me so long to find it. It is a Shaklee product and I am a Shaklee Distributor. Trust me, I was even more skeptical then most for that very reason. But I finally tried it. My miracle is called Cinch. And I'm not keeping it secret any more.
1. It has a low glycemic rating, perfect for plump folks with blood sugar issues.
2. There is no Splenda or artifical sweetners, perfect for those who fear artificial sweetener's side effects.
3. It provides most of the essential vitamins and nutritional supplements plump people need. I mean Cinch is made by the #1 Health and Nutrition Company in the world.
4. Perfect shakes, snack bars and diet ideas...get ready for Cinch
I discovered that this most powerful and nutritious program targets your plump spots (fat), not your muscle. By doing so it cures the yo-yo dieting syndrone of gaining it all back. Now, don't get me wrong, this is not your mother's diet. You will have to be strong and I strongly recommend that you find a work out that you enjoy. I like to dance and I started twice a week dance lessons. I am having fun and losing weight too. So now I dance and do my Cinch. Pick something that you really like (or use to like) to do and do it. And trust me, the benefits are the greatest reward. And, if I can do it, so can you.
