Aubrey de Grey on curing aging with his much-awaited book Ending Aging: The Rejuvenation Breakthroughs That Could Reverse Human Aging in Our Lifetime.

Aubrey de Grey is the head of the Methuselah Foundation which is offering a cash prize for therapies that can dramatically extend the lives of mice. The idea is that doubling the lifespans of vermin will encourage similar research on human anti-aging therapies. De Grey proposes what he calls Strategies for Engineering Negligible Senescence (SENS).
