AuburnDreams on MyLot

Yesterday I signed up on mylot.com under the name AuburnDreams. http://www.mylot.com/?ref=auburndreams

I heard about it on hub-pages in a hub written by Old Buddy and since I think blogging for money is the trend of the future, I had to give it a whirl.

Unlike other blogging formats driven by google adsense, this site has nothing to do with click thrus.

The downside is people seemed to have embraced the get paid to post fever, and many of them are adding really lame comments like 'I don't understand.' or "I have no interest in this subject." I think the mylot management is on to them though, because if enough people give your comment a negative rating your income goes away.

I think it would be fun and insightful if a bunch of us over here on hub-pages joined over there too, and linked ourselves together as friends. And there is no reason you can't promote your hubs here on your blog over there. Everybody wins.

Yesterday (my first day there) I earned .67. They also pay for posting photos. Great news for you shutterbugs. And unlike adsense, you don't have to earn $100+ before you see a check. They do a pay out as low as $10.00.
