Auto loans after bankruptcy - yes
50When you're having a bankruptcy, or after having one, it's very complicated to get over it and because of that you could have a lot of financial problems and you also could think that you are not good enough and get into certain depression and think that you won't get any loans and you can't do a thing. The fact is that it's very possible to get a loan after bankruptcy, even immediatly after you declare it, but there are some tricks you need to know in order to make this possible. You may not get a loan from certain traditional lenders such as banks or credit unions, but there are so called bad credit lenders that are going to give you auto loans after bankruptcy and you don't have to worry to much about - maybe to worry for the interest, just a hint.
Most lenders, basicaly traditional lenders are not going to risk to give money to a you after bankruptcy because you represent a risk - what if you don't pay? What if they loose the money? This is their business and they can't afford to give money to loose, they life from the interests, not from the money they loose because of bad borrowers - those often have a very bad credit and if you just had a bankruptcy you may have a very bad credit to, so you must do something. One thing you could do is to improve your credit score and to have a perfect score in the 2 years after bankruptcy - in this case you're showing that you have no further problems and you have matured since it, but if you have late payements and other stuff in this 2 years period, then you are just a risk and they are not going to give you money - this does not mean you're not going to get the money, this only means that you need to get the money from another place - as I've been saying, from so caled sub prime lenders or bad lenders that are specialized in giving money to persons like you.
Not that bad credit is not so bad as bankruptcy, but if you declare it and you don't have any problems in those 2 years, you're not going to have any more problems about it. It's better to wait those 2 years in order to improve your credit score and get the money with not so big interests - it's a choice you could make and you don't have to get into any more trouble with it.
Bad credit auto loans (sub prime lenders for autos) may help you do give the money you seek in order to take the car you want. The only thing you should do in order to be sure or almost sure you're going to get it, you need to be showing some sort of income or net worth in order to show the private lender that you're going to have where from to give the money back - that's why some lenders don't give you so much money, more that you could afford to repay with your current income, but this does not mean in the future you can't renegociate the loan agreements.
One of the best ways you could seek for an bad credit auto lender is online - research and look but the careful not to get fooled by the first one you put your eyes on. Be sure you make the best move and don't get into more details until you visit more sites. Compare, understand and then apply if you really need that loan. Interests rate could be bigger, but this is something you have to get with, if you're going to get some money, after all.
Nowdays is must harder to succeed if you want to take a loan, even for a motorcycle, but you need to seek and research and make sure you get it. Auto loans after bankruptcy are a reality but you need to seek certain lenders, if you want to wait 2 or more years or less. It's your choice!
