A Site map helps robots and spiders see, find, and index the pages on our website.  This enables faster indexing in the search engines.  The more you help the robots understand the architecture of your website, the better you help it find your webpage.

You can make a site map manually.

OR...

You can use an xml site map tools or site map generator to help you generate site map. 

For wordpress, the easiest tool is the Google XML sitemap generator plugin.  This plug-in will help your whole web page to be listed on google index faster. 

Instructions - just copy the plugin to the wp-content/plugins folder and activate it in the admin area.  Then, build the sitemap for the first time.  After that, the sitemap plugin will create a sitemap on its own whenever you update your blog.  That's it.

There are several options to tweak, but even if you don't change any options, you'll be okay.
