If you are an internet marketer, you need an autoresponder. There are many times when someone does a websearch and they aren't interested in your product at the time, but may be in the future. Don't lose them as a potential buyer. Keep them updated as to how the product can enhance their lives. Simply create a catchy capture page offering free information on how your product can help them solve a problem or make their life better. People will give out their personal email address if they think that you can help them. This goes a long way in sales. There is no guarantee that you will be on the top of the search engine results forever. However, if you have captured their email address, you can send out weekly informative updates which keep your leads interested. Eventually they may buy from you.

There are two autoresponders that I feel are worth taking a look at. The first one, TrafficWave, is very basic. It will meet the needs of most novice internet marketers. It's functions are simple. While it took me a little while to figure it out, I was greatful for the training emails that they sent me with the step by step instructions on how to set up the autoresponder. It has an affiliate program that you can join as well as a free 30 day trial. It has prebuilt capture pages that you can customize and put up.

Aweber is another autoresponder that I recommend. However, it is for someone who is willing to spend a little more on more advanced features. While it does not have a free trial, it does have a 30 day money back guarantee and your first month is only $1.  Some of the benefits of aweber include unlimited email campaigns, unlimited newsletters, unlimited autoresponders and follow ups, customer support, live text chat and email.   

Aweber also has an affiliate program, but it is not a multilevel marketing opportunity. You will receive a higher percentage of commissions for each person you refer, but you are limited to the number of people that you directly refer.  So the opportunity for making a residual income from aweber is less.  However, their quality of service is high.
