These types of thngs are only making the companies who make them richer and richer - and most of the time don't work. Save your money and spend it on correct food choices and fitness gear. You have to remember that when you consume these things you will eventually have to come off them because you can't stay on them for the rest of your life. For this reason it is better to begin by making healthy food choices and workout routines that you can continue with for life - to start with instead of opting for these pills and shakes.
5. Ab Gadgets or Machines
You know the ones I mean - the ones where there are great looking slim models telling us how they use this ab machine only 3 minutes a day and get great abs? Nonsense!. These models are either naturally slim or they work very hard in the gym and eat the right foods. Don't believe these ads because they are a waste of money and don't work. Another case of these companies just cashing in on other people wanting to lose weight.
