Spiritual Awakening

The end of illusion or Maya as it is called in the east begins the instant we let go of attachment and experience true surrender. The surrendering I’m speaking of is not external in any way, shape or form. There is no need to surrender to our external reality since our external reality is a direct expression of our internal dialog. What I’m speaking about is more personal and fulfilling than anything we could ever create, posses or imagine. It is a complete dismantling of what we think we are and a full recognition of who we have forgotten to be.

The world we live in today has taught us to disregard our own truth and create an illusory existence where reality can no longer be experienced. This is why humans have become more and more disconnected from their true nature. Such disconnectedness has manifested into violence, greed, injustice and countless other forms of unconscious human behavior. The greater our disconnection has become the more destructive our specie has evolve. Even the great religions of the world have failed. As time has passed they have distorted their core teachings and abandoned their original intentions by falling victim to their own need for power and control. For example; Buddhism has forgotten that their true purpose is to make Buddhas not Buddhist. Christianity has also misled millions into becoming Christians and not Christs. Some radical followers of the Muslim faith have disgraced the sanctity of such a beautiful religion by wrongfully believing that heaven is achieved by inflicting pain and suffering on others through extreme acts of violence. Unquestionably the mundane world we've created has managed to momentarily blinds us from the truth and disconnect us from reality.

At times it seems as if the madness in humanity will never end. This is why it is imperative for human beings like you and I to begin our own awakening. The awakening I'm speaking of has nothing to do with any external belief system and everything to do with reconnecting with our truest self which is pure spirit. That is who we truly are. A spiritual being having a momentary human experience. To do this we must transcend our egoic human mind set which overtime has captured our attention and severely fragmented our perception of reality. We have forgotten about our true identity and unconsciously given strength to the ego within us. What was once an innocent human specie has overtime become a completely dysfunctional and delusional life form unconsciously seeking self destruction.

All is not lost. Underneath our superficial level of existence the truth of who we really are is still there. Our true nature is there waiting for us to become tire of our false self and begin desiring inner change. This is how true change happens. It emerges from within accumulating energy and in time it builds enough momentum to brake through the outer shell of human fear. This is how limitation is broken, this is how addiction is overcome and this is how pain is transformed. In reality at our most fundamental level of existence human beings have absolutely no limitations what so ever. We are limitless creators capable of manifesting our every intent. So why don't we live in this manner I can hear you ask? because overtime we have become disconnected from our true nature believing we are a single individual apart from everyone and everything else. In reality nothing else could be further from the truth.

In time; when we feel we've had enough drama in our lives each individual will reach a point in life where there will be no other choice but to awaken. Until then our lives will continue on forcing us to experience the ups and downs of duality unaware there is a sleeping giant inside ready to open his/her eyes.

Allow the Buddha within you to awaken.

This is my favorite part...

"All is not lost. Underneath our superficial level of existence the truth of who we really are is still there. Our true nature is there waiting for us to become tire of our false self and begin desiring inner change."

Well done.
