Article Submission is frequently cited as an effective way of promoting your business. Once you get the hang of it, writing the articles is really not that difficult.
However once the article is written you have to submit it to the online article directories - of which there are hundreds. Sometimes I think it is as much work to submit the article as it is to write the article.

Recently I discovered an article submission tool (BAMM) by Peter Drew.

Now I have to be honest and admit that I had a little trouble understanding Peter's instructions in setting up the BAMM system. Probably most people would have no problem with setting it up. But I am a little older than most of you and so am a little slower in understanding some of the terms used. I would think that even a newbie can do it.

BAAM only automates the submissions, you have contol of which directories you want to submit to > from 1 to all 20. You have to register with each directory before BAAM can submit your articles to them - so you are NOT "blasting" all over the internet. Hope this answers your questions. I have just recently started using BAAM - it really saves time I submitted my article to 10 of the directories in less that 20 minutes.
Do you have to be concerned about duplicate content? Or do you mean submit a different article to each directory?

Shirley; it is OK to submit the same article to all 20 directories. You would not want to do more than that number of directories, but 20 or less is fine. That's why you can select how many you want to submit to. you may have an article that you only want on a few specific directories.
Hi David,
I've never heard of BAAM before so that's a new one for me. I have used a different article submitter software in the past, but not in quite awhile.
I know with ezinearticles.com the article must be original content and not submitted anywhere else. You can change the article by at least 45% and then submit it using the software to other sites who aren't as particular.
I love the idea of anything that makes submitting articles easier but duplicate content is still an issue that concerns me.

I'll look at the info. I've decided there are probably 3 sites I'd submit to on a regular basis and I would think ezine is probably #1. what is the danger of being seen as spam in using software? How does BAAM prevent that?
And you made a good comment, yes it seems like it takes as much time to submit an article to a few sites as it does to write the danged thing in the first place!
