I am writing to inform you of an exciting change to my professional career and direction.

This letter is to announce my return to full time real estate sales, as well as to inform you of a newly created, strategic alliance with Scott DeWolf, partner at Exchange Financial Corporation. Many of you are aware that between the years of 1988 and 2003, I practiced real estate as my full time profession. During those mentioned years, I enjoyed much success as a Realtor, continuously maintaining a status among the top 1% of Realtors nationwide. Even with a solid and successful real estate career, there was always a piece missing. This mentioned piece was integral to most real estate transactions, however resided in the hands of another person/profession, which was mortgage banking. Because the mortgage loan is the largest piece of most real estate transactions, it was necessary for me to learn the mortgage industry with the intension of better servicing my customer’s needs. By learning lending, I would be able to set myself apart as the most knowledgeable and highest educated Realtor in the marketplace.

Learning the mortgage banking industry was not something that can be accomplished by reading books, it is something that must be learned by way of practice. Because of that, I’ve been practicing mortgage banking since 2003, during which I completely learned the intricacies of FHA/VA, new construction, rural development and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac lending procedures. My learning curve is finished and I am excited to return to the real estate profession, thereby enabling me to utilize my knowledge to ultimately benefit the needs of my customers.

The current real estate market is both very exciting and very frustrating. There are many positives to the market, as well as negatives. Never before have I seen such a need for professional and knowledgeable representation during a real estate transaction.
