The answer is quite simple. It's very effective. It's very easy.
Just eat AMPALAYA (BITTER MELON), SQUASH AND ORGANIC BROWN RICE everyday (with no frills)
If you can't take the taste of ampalaya or bitter melon, rub it first with rock salt then soak it in cold water. Sautee in olive oil, onions and garlic, then add the ampalaya or bittermelon. Put in one beaten egg for a chunkier and more satisfying meal.
For the squash, just boil it with some garlic. Cook. Serve. Enjoy.

- 1. Place hands in a basin with lukewarm water and tawas /alum crystal.

- 1. Alum crystal is still the best. Just apply it dry. You can use it also to your whole body. It will whiten skin. Just mix it with water and use it as your final rinse every time you take a bath.
For relief of cough:
- 1. Mix ½ cup honey and 4 teaspoons chopped garlic. Enjoy!
For faster burning of fat:
