There is an epidemic sweeping the employment industry as we speak, interest rates have gone up, so has everything else and the cost of living has become a joke, as a result there is also pressure on business owners to get dodgier and tighter with money often effecting the staff who help them get rich in the first place and this is what I have to say about anyone in that leadership position going all about it wrong.....

You know the nice family up the road with the three kids and the dog, can hardly pay off thier morgage, sometimes cut back on food just to make it through? Well Mr Astute Business man go rob em go on!! take their goods the car, the big screen tv the shoes some coats from their kids and toys while your at it. Would you do it? no Im not losing it im serious mate go do it!!

Alot of you business owners and managers are doing exactly that!!! you wont ever admit though because you are in denial, or your just too dumb or selfish to have thought of it that way. Shame on you business man, women whatever you are...

Alot of your company managers and small business operators are cutting wages from hard working familys so you can be a greedy pig and show off to your other crook millinare mates!!! and then tell your staff you cant affort to pay them better, shame on you Lord have mercy.

How are you doing this you ask? Simple! by underpaying and ripping your hard workers off and some of you even lie to taxation to feed your greed. Technology is quickly catching up with you however and is against you.

what is in the dark will always come to light it is said!! maybe later but surely. Some of you greedy pigs are favouring hire of refugees and backpackers turning your business into sweatshops I see. I bet these poor individuals (who have a life too) work long hours, hardly see thier family's or babys just to make you rich, to make up for their wages some will try and rob you back and take what they believe they earned and you get upset that you cant trust your staff, but business owner its your fault because like a dictator from a concentration camp they have no respect for you, they mock and laugh at your behind your back on their lunch breaks, they pull down your reputation and could lose you more business and clients and so on, you are too stupid to realize what goes round comes round and why should they refer you?

Now Imagine what would happen if you overpaid your staff and spoke to them with kind words and encouragement. "But I cant afford it you say" you cant afford not to!! I gaurantee your business will flourish from all the benefits you reap!! For one you will never have to fear your staff will leave you go on strike, take sickies whatever if you have it good for them there.

For one they will enjoy coming to work, be able to think straight and concentrate better because alot of the pressure is lifted off, when people feel good they perform good, they will respect you, some may even like you too much and stop pinching money out of the chi ching. You will save more money because you will have less turnover staff to train, its all less cost for you long term, maybe not short term but trust me you will flourish and so will your integrity and self esteem. You will no longer carry dishonest guilt and feel a sense of freedom and joy.

Now Reputation is one of the most precious things you can have in life. Great Reputation is also vital for great business success, because if you start doing dodgy you wont be too popular and we all know people refer and help people they like end of story.

You may say what do you know ive never owned a business!! I didnt need to and its not rocket science its common sense also I did grow up in family businesses all my life and ive seen good, bad and realllly bad!!

I did a bit of research and asked the successful business owners what is thier secret and how do they pay thier staff and this is what they told me...

They pay them very well, they love them before they lead them and listen to critism and what feedback customers and staff have to say and take it into serious thought. Like another of my hubs says, they have a teachable spirit not professing they know it all and everyone else is crap!

The other hands on experience ive had is ive worked for sales and marketing for almost 10 years, i did apointment setting for sales reps for nec and panasonic and spent all day on the phones to business owners of all kinds from little cofee shops to lawyers and barristers, financial advisers the lot and I used to ask them thier opinions on everything and thats why I have the knowledge I do today.

Ill end in this note, in the old day we were always told, "nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care" and that is one of my favourate quotes!! so if you are in this position of dishonesty please stop turning people into slaves, give the poor family's what they deserve, cut crime , and sleep better at night knowing you have become a person of integrity.

A FEW GOOD REASONS TO PAY RIGHT AND BE HONEST

you will no longer be a phycopath in a nice suit

you will have a reputation as integral, great feeling

you will be well respected maybe even liked he he

It will make you more attractive in all ways

you will have better networking due to your new good reputation

your referals will increase because you are liked.

you wont have to waste time and more money on training new staff

because people like you now you may even become famous and boom your business.

the law of attraction will be positive and on our side and good things will happen to you as you sow your good seeds you will reap your well deserved harvest!!!
