Weight loss is a simple calculation.
Enough healthy calories:
1200-1500 for women
1500-2000 for men.
We all know if your diet is full of simple sugars, fats, lots of salt, and simple carbs; than you will gain weight and have various health risks. Compound the fatty sugar diet with no exercise and lack of proper nutrition; We know how to get fat.
Move for 15-30mins a day, anything that makes your heart beat and body sweat.
Eat your fruit and veggies(with out frying them).
Smaller portions, remember your stomach is only the size of your two fists. Unless, you've stretched it out. If so, a week of smaller portions will bring it back to the proper size.
