Back Exercises ... what should you do?

One of the biggest misconceptions is that back exercises will remove your back pain. In fact they may help in the removal of back pain, however back exercises should be used in conjucntion wih other techniques.

Back pain relief is a 4 step process - you must identify the cause of your back pain, then rebalance your muscles, followed by realigning your spine and finally improving your healing and recovery rate.

Where do back exercises fit in?

Back exercises are some of the techniques to help strengthen your spine. Back exercises can range from a simple walk, to types of stretches that will release muscle tension while increasing the strength of your muscles.

If you want the best exercises for back pain then you need to know what to look for ... and what to avoid. Any back exercise can be both beneficial and harmful depending on how you apply them.
