My friends when i was told i had to go under the knife for my back pain i started doing alot of research for back pain solutions. What i found is that there were so many back pain solutions and i didn't know where to start. I always wanted natural back pain relief and tried to stay away from medications. I've read so many scary stories on adverse drug reactons from advil to prescriprtion drugs. So i try my hardest not to take anything that isn't natural. I tried chirorpactic, acupunture, and massage which all seemed to help. But not any of these treatments alone was the back pain solution i was looking for. I started researching nutrition and found about fish oils. i started taking fish oils, along with glucosamine and magnesium. After a few weeks treatments starting giving me more relief. This was great, i realized my body was needing more than natural health care it was needing nutriional support.

I agree with the comments about prescription pain medication, definitely something I try to avoid. Our society has become far too dependent on prescription meds. It's great to see some natural remedies available. Good info here on what looks to be a good product. I'm not a back pain sufferer, but I know some people that are, and will definitely refer them this way.
