My firends saw the Back2Life ads and asked me to give it a try, I have had low back pain for many years due to a compressed L4 and L5 disc
I ordered back2Life about 2 months ago. I used back2life almost everyday and used it exactly according to its specifications & instruction, somewhere around the two weeks I noticed no improvment whatsoever in my health (my back pain remained unchanged).
I had no good results what so ever with Back2Life after 6 weeks. In fact my back pain, several times after using this device, actually got worse.
Another problem was that Back2Life was designed for height of 6'2', I must confessed that the height adjustment is screwey. I am 5'8" but use the 6'2" to 6'4" adjustment.
I asked my 2 borther who also suffered from back pain to try Back2Life, after trying the device for themselves, both agreed, this might help with circulation, but in no way is an answer to what most of us call "back pain."
My findging is that Back2Life is just like many treatments that I've tried, Trueback, Acupunture, Chiropractor, Massage there can only help you temporary but never a cure.
Luckily, My friend introduced me to Healthy Back Institute, and I must say that this is the best decision I've ever made to treat my sciatica and back pain problem. I'm now completely free of these problems.

My experience with the back2life maschine is questionible at best.
However the companies business practices are even more reprihensible.The offer you a one month supply of" free " dietary supplement and then keep on charging your account over and over again to the tune of $29.99 plus shipping $7.99 per month. but don't be supprised if you get three shipments within a week, and the refuse to give you the money back.
Like you I am a firm advocate of 'Heathy Back Institure.' They did great in finding reliefs to my lower back pain.

I tried the back2life for 2 solid weeks, just as directed and it didn't help at all. When I called to request a return authorization #, I was told I would have to pay shipping again (you have to pay to have it shipped to you and, if you return it, pay shipping again!) That's must be how they make their money. This machine was useless to me. I hope this comment helps others!

I planned on purchasing the back to life but now I am reconsidering .
they have a follow on charge scam for the supplement. they say you get 1 month free but they send 2 months and charge for the second month, and then send another 2 months without authorization before you get a shipping email alerting you to the charge. scamsters. they are shit. don't deal with them.
I thought it was great thing but after reading all reviews I'm reconsidering. Internet is priceless in this sense and there's nothing scamers can do about that. Thanks to those that tried product and provided honest feedback.

I was really interested in this product but im seeing more negative reviews out there than positive, im not willing to rish $200.00 bucks for something that is questionable.
just hold out maybe it will come cheap to bed bath and beyond they always have stuff like this product thats been on tv.

Hmmm, just wondering. There are just as many positive comments about the product as there are negative. Maybe not good for everyone.

Comments can be placed by the manufactuerer or cometition. These negative comments sound fishy. If u use a charge card, as I'm sure u did, u can dispute the charges & as long as u have the product. As for paying for return s&h that's the norm for most everything!? My game plan is to buy & get an authorization # early even if it seems to work in the begining. Remember companies r not there to be your friend...it's business just like your Doctor it's about the Benjamins.

I ordered the 'Back2Life' from the 'infomercial' website and never recieved the item. I flipped the FedEx to heip me track and they couldn't prove that it ever was received from California, had no luck with the US Post Office either. I tried calling on waa on hold for 47 minutes and kinda just gave up. I've concluded that i've been scammed.
Bought the back 2 life .Been using it for 2 weeks,,i was taking 8 to 10 percocet a day,and ,It has worked wonders for me,,and Ive be on pain medication for 10+ years!
Yes the first couple of days,i did hurt more,But it was a good hurt!!!!!!!!!!! My opiniun.
Back2life,is great exercise machine for low back. it really does help relax you. It cannot cure my spinal condition but is worth every penny just to get temp. relief from the hurting.

I've been considering purchasing this machine for many months to send to Europe to a friend who has major back problems. I never got around to it.
Today, I was ready to put in an order so I looked for further information on the Internet. WOW! The world over can read about anything. I never give much thought to infomercial because all of these poor sufferers are paid to promote and claim the efficiency of the product. Some have potential but most don't.
After reading all the negative comment, I will not order the machine. Many people who take the time to write these comments have done so in frustration because they bought something that does not perform as it should and are furher exascerbated by a scam about the pills. People are sold a miracle machine and we all know that when ''something is too good to be true, it isn't.
Maybe they should get a certification from a serious outsider like the HEALTH INSTITUTE.....
Don't be too quick to judge, people. Obviously there is nothing on this planet Earth that works for everybody. Tell me one "treatment" for any disease that works for everybody and has a 100% success rate. Nope. The Back2life is one of them. It WILL work for some people, and lucky for those people they only have to pay $200 to be happy with their back. My suggestion is try it for only 2 weeks and start a return process right away if you feel it is not worth it. Don't wait until week 3 or 4 (if you do, then blame your own laziness). 2 weeks should be sufficient enough time. The most you'll ever lose is less than $100 worth of shipping charges. Think about it. How many visits to your doctor (any kind) do you get with $100? And is your back healed? I don't think so.
I've had chronic lower back pain for 2 years. Spent $2100 on "the best rated chiropractor in Seattle". I visited him 3 times a week for 4 months (never missed a session). At the end it made zero difference in terms of pain, although the x-ray showed *very very very slightly* improved spine curve.
I fell in love with the Back2life the first time I tried it. I could feel the machine *pulling* my lower back gently and loosening the tight muscles. 3 days into it, my chronic back pain is 90% gone. This was what I wanted to get with my chiropractor, but didn't. I keep using the device daily, and within 5 weeks I can bend down all the way to the ground and touch my toes with zero pain.
All I can say is, be smart about this and really *think* for yourself. Don't be quick to judge.
I was considering purchasing back2life, however after reading the comments and poor customer service, it raised a few red flags and decided to wait until is comes to a store.
Dad asked me to order one for him...but dont know now that i have read all the comments..will just check with Bed bath and beyone to see if they carry it...easier to return..

This product does not work and their customer service is horrible. I go for massage therapy, take medications and all I want it a better back and this was promised of this product. I don't care about the cash (although they are still going to get 3 more payment from me) but promising something to people who are in pain is just disgusting. Shame on you.
I read the reviews and thought what do I have to lose - I can get my money back - so I ordered the machine - I'm 6 feet tall and weigh 280 (I'm over weight but stocky and muscular) my space between L3 & L4 and L4 & L5 is compressed - suffered from lower back pain on the left side as well as my left thigh going to sleep when I slept my left buttock also hurt severely when I walked over 400 feet at a steady pace - I used the machine set at 6'-2" for 3 days and was amazed that the pain in my back started to decrease - I noticed this while brushing my teeth - which usually hurt my back when I bent over the sink - I've now been using it about 3 weeks and I can walk about 2 blocks at a fair pace before I start feeling some tightness - my back pain has just about gone - I've read all the complaints from others - but for me it's been a great machine and for about $250 it's well worth it - I wish the best to anyone who has a similar problem but would suggest if you have more than a compressed space between your vertebrae it might not work - Good Luck Don

I purchased Back 2 Life and have had it for 10 days now. At first, I had a hard time with using it for 12 minutes, which is what the timer allows. Important to make sure your butt is right up against the machine. Now, 10 days later, my pain has subsided somewhat. I plan on using this machine on a regular basis. Set it higher than what you think, but make sure your behind is flat against the machine, otherwise, it doesn't seem to help. Just follow the instructions. I will keep you informed on my progress.

Two products that CAN relieve back pain are those inversion tables, and also a device called Spinal Stretch.
They are both based on sound spinal decompression therapy which can relieve back pain and repair ailing discs.
I Had been having a back problemson and off for years but for 6 months it was quite steady. Chirpractor appointments only helped so much. The pain was 2-3 out of 10. Then after walking extensively in the Relay for Life my back became horrible. The pain was 8 out of 10. I went through 5 weeks of therapy, which helped very little. The pain down my right leg was so intense I couldn't stand for even short periods of time and I was constantly icing it or sitting on a heating pad.
When I got the machine I started using it twice a day and at the end of one week I thought it might be helping me. At the end of 2 weeks I was sure and by the third week the pain was gone - not better but gone. I kept a scheduled doctor's appointment with a back specialist following an MRI and he suggested I go through a series of cortisone shots at the hospital. I showed him the pamphlet and he told me it could be helping and continue using it. It's nice to know I can have the shots if the pain continues, but it's been one month and I am still pain free. I'm sorry for those who it didn't help, but I think it's amazing.

I had back surgery a year ago with a very good doctor but I still have reaccuring pain just not as bad. My leg and foot no longer go numb. I have attendensy to go with the masses. If its not working then I won't take the time to buy it. My question is has anyone had surgery and use this. Also, I am 5'8'' and if this is for taller people then what does that do for me? Any answers would be helpful, Thanks.
I have had my machine for 1 month now and use it twice a day. It has been money well spent for me as it has helped me with my chronic muscular low back pain. Before you buy, I would recommend you practice getting up and down from the floor because this simple step can be the hardest for back pain suffers. Also ignore the height settings. I am 5'8" and I use the 6'2" setting. Just make sure that the unit is at it's lowest height in the rotation and that the back of your knees are really snug to the unit. You really do need the weights around your ankles to keep you from slipping. You can get sets from Canadian Tire if you want rather than buy from the company. The circular motion isn't much and at first I thought it wouldn't be enough to be therapeutic but it worked. Be sure when you finish your session to leave it at the lowest height so it is easier for you to get back into position for your next session.
Considering the hundreds of dollars that I have spent on Chiropractor, acupuncture, physiotherapy and massage therapy, this saves me money and with daily use I am pain free. Good luck.

I want to agree with you on this product, I used it religously for 3 weeks, my back pain only got worse, I called to get a return authorization and they convinced me to continue to try it, my back problem is much more severe than this product can help, I am 5'3" and 135 lbs, this product was designed for someone larger, I stayed within the 30 return policy, called and couldn't get through to get a return authorization number, got through today after holding for a very long time and they told me it was too late to return it, I asked to speak to a manager and no one would help me, so I told them I was going to throw it in the garbage . . . he had no comment, this is certainly not the way to do business.
