Probably, you must agree that much of the information on your computer
are important and, if such data loss would be catastrophic.
To ensure that this will not happen, the only option is to
periodically, a backup of everything that is considered important -
which includes the messages from Outlook.
Outlook, Microsoft, contains rules and folders that can only be
viewed from the main engine - which, incidentally, may be one that
simply needed to be formatted.

1) Click on "File" menu in the toolbar.

be file. You must click on the icon "Search" to reach the desired
option.
7) When you select "Next", another box will open, where you can
name the folder you want. If you need, it is also possible to create a
password, or simply give an "OK".
8) Okay, the system automatically send to this folder all your mail boxes for entry and exit.
If you use rules in e-mail program and also want to back up, the path is as follows
1) In the "Tools" menu, click Rules and Alerts. "
2) Select the item "Options" and then "Export Rules"
3) When you open the box "File Name", type the path and file name
that contains the set of rules you want to export, then save.
It is important to clarify that this command is valid for the
Outlook 2007 version. If your program is earlier in the "Save as type",
select either the version used.
According to Microsoft, where the rule is sent to backup, it will be saved in a file with extension (. Rwz)
