I'm 58 years old. I have had a bad back since I was eight years old. I've been hopitalized more than 25 times, having my back in traction. That is the only thing that helps me when I get excruciating pain. I'd love to be able to get out and walk, but my back prevents from doing so. My left leg is 3/4 of an inch shorter than my right leg. Building up shoes from the inside or outside does no good. So, I know something about what a bad back feels like.

I've had a bad back since I was 8 years old. I am now 58 years old. I have been in the hospital in traction at least 25 times, for a week at a time. I lose weight and gain weight. Nothing has ever done any good. I was on pain medications but became addidcted to them. So, I'm off the pills. I have taken back exercise classes. I've had numerous tests. My back pain comes mainly from weak muscles. I also fell off of the porch when I was one year old. I landed on my tailbone and dislocated my hip. I think that's probably what started all of it. Now, I can't walk more than 1/2 of a block without having to stop and rest my back. I would love to be able to go outside and take a walk with my three year old granddaughter. This grandmother wants to do that. I've had to give up so much the last 50 years that I'm so tired of it. When can we have back transplants?

why would I listen to anything you say when you can't even use the English language correctly. In the third line you used the word "weather" which is what it is doing outside when you should have used the word "whether". No wonder our kids are so dumb.

HELP! I'm on my feet for 12 hours a day on concrete for four days in a row then for 4 off. My lower left back hurts for those four on then it feels fine when I'm off.
