Bad Love - Is fighting for your marriage worth it?
58Is it worth it??
I have been married to a women I met when I was seventeen years old. I am 48 now. We have been through alot of ups and downs. We raised four kids together and our youngest signed up for college today. We really had some tough times starting out. We both have always worked, and it has helped us grow together.
Some people say marriage is 50/50 but in reality it is 100/100. We have been mad at each other and not talked for a few days. i say we grew up together.
I do not know what your situation is but if you truely car about your mate and your mate cares about you all the rest can be overcome. Money is truely the toughest part to overcome. Either you have it or you don't and sometimes it can cause problems either way.
You have to figure out if you care about each other enough to cast everything else aside and tough it out. Sometimes it seams easier to walk away.
If it is meant to be it will be

Bob, good for you...I've been married for 25 years, although it has not been easy, we are still loving each other and have remained faithful to each other. We are a rare bread, with quite a story to tell....keep writing. This generation needs to know about real love and commitment!

Thanks all! I am always busy but add when I can. We have a bodyshop (for cars) a web-site, three e-bay stores, I sell used cars I fix up, write articles for a trade magazine and teach at a local college two nights a week. It is tough making ends meet. My wife runs the office at the bodyshop and takes care of the websites and e-bay stores. It is funny, if she is not at work I miss her. We got it bad for each other i would say!LOL
thanks for sharing this amazing hub. i agree with what you wrote and i'd like to share my take on fighting for love.
sounds like a great marriage to me, thank you for telling us.
