Having a good boob job is fantastic when everything goes right, but what about when your boob jobs gone bad. With so many celebrity boob jobs in the magazines and on TV we have become a world obsessed with body image. Here in the UK we would look towards plastic surgery, Harley Street being the most renowned and best place to look for a good boob job and costing between £3500 and £5000 dependant on where the operation takes place. Reduction or enhancement costs a lot of money and for it all to turn into a bad boob job could be the worst thing that has ever happened to you. A friend of mine had breast implants, but went to the best Harley Street cosmetic surgeon and payed the equivalent of a deposit on a small house. So I think you need to look at boob jobs before and after surgery of celebrities as these will give you a realistic look of what you can expect to achieve.

I have even thought about applying for ten years younger or some other TV show so I can have breast implants free. Even the people on here have had horror stories of not being cared for afterwards, so that option may be out too.

Over here in the UK we can have breast surgery on the NHS but this is only for very special cases where there are real health concerns. At no point will you have breast implants free for cosmetic reasons. Breast reduction on the NHS again has been performed on young and old for very severe cases.

These include health problems and strain on the back making it hard to walk or lead a normal life. You will have to go through a screening test and then the waiting list for such operations is a very long time and can take several years. If you feel you may qualify for free breast surgery with the NHS then visit your doctor first as he will need to see if you will need referring. He may well look at other avenues such as diet and exercise to reduce the breast tissue.

So you have your new boobs and the first thing you notice is a slight over dissection of tissue in the cleavage area known as 'breadloafing'. You are a little concerned as you didn't realise that this sort of thing could happen to your new boobs. I can tell you it is more common than you think. You just have to look at the celebrity boob jobs to see, and remember they have more money than us so for them to have this tells you it is common

. The bad boob job can look like big footballs with no contour or natural sag. In my opinion it looks rather uncomfortable. Here is a list of some possible things that can go wrong after you have had a bad boob job.

• Your health can be affected and studies show that breast cancer patients have more complications with implants than healthy people.
• The FDA found more complications were common the longer the implant was left in. 9% of saline implants deflate over a number of years. Again more surgery could be required
• It is common for implants to become ruptured the longer you have them and the frightening thing is unless you have a scan you may not know.
• 1 in 80 bad boob jobs will become infected thus in rare occasions leading to a breast amputation.
• You need to make sure you have extra health insurance cover in case of complications.
• A lot of implants that have gone bad just look lopsided and ugly.
• Falling on your implants could cause serious damage and the risk is just too great for me.

Now on the plus side if your breast implants are doing good and you have no side affects then that is great news. Maybe you won't mind shelling out thousands of dollars age 70 to keep them uplifted and fresh, but me personally, well I would give this a miss.

I have often thought about having it done because three kids on, and boy they are not looking so pert anymore. I have looked into all aspects of breast implants, and the bad out ways the good every time for me. I can however understand if you have had a breast removed for what ever reason and would like to have surgery to build the breast back up as long as your health is not being put at risk.

The young girls today having boob jobs for the sake of having larger breasts may one day regret it, as they will the countless tattoos adorned on their bodies. It may look good now but in later life could become a burden

. Breast reduction is an altogether different issue as most time this can help with health problems, but the risks are just as high. So all in all just think very carefully about having your boob job and weigh up whether you can live with the negative aspects if things go wrong. Do you really want to end up with a bad boob job.
