Peter Drew's specialty is building websites and pages like Googlepages, Squidoo, Hubpages, Blogger Blogs and Wordpress blogs. His goal is to attack a keyword from several different websites to try to dominate. His examples in the report indicate to me that his system works. The key being attack keywords before they become popular.

The Bodylastics resistance is very smooth and progressive. This is great for any type of resistance training from rehab to growth to maintenance. The further you stretch your Body Lastics the harder it is to pull. This is a benefit because in most exercises, the further into the exercise the better leverage your muscles have so the more resistance your muscles need.
Durring a BadAss Bodylastic exercise if you want to increase or decrease the resistance you can move further or closer to your attachment point. This is absolutely great, no stopping to change the weights on your dumbel or add another resstance bow to your Bowflex. Just move away from the attachment point and the exercise gets harder.
Multiple Bodylastic Attachment points
It is very easy to move your attachment point. This makes it great for changing the angle of resistance. This changes the load on your muscles.
Also changing the position of your body can make a big adjustment to the muscle groups used. For example when doing a Rowing exercise if you squat it will work your legs, back and arms all at once. This can be a great body burner exercise. Moving the Door Anchor to the top middle or bottom of your door will also change this exercise.
