BadAss Bodylastics Review

Bodylastiscs at Work

Just a quick 2 minute workout gets my blood flowing. I will often do a quick frontside and a backside exercise. I believe in working all four sides of your body for muscle balance--Front, Back, Left Side, Right Side. I often do a punching type workout and then turn around and work the opposing muscles. When working my upper body I usually squat down to stress my core and lower body at the same time. This creates that awesome Bodylastics full body burn.

Uneven Exercises

I often load one side of my body at a time. Instead of punches with both hands at once I attach my band to my attachment point and then I do punches with just one hand at a time. This allows me to really focus on one side. I work as many muscles at once by making the exercises as long as possible. Long smooth strong complete body movements loaded with bodylastics. Work the weak side first then the strong side.

Exercises Taylored to your Sport

The Bodylastics Strength Band University (SBU) one year subscription comes with all Bodylastics purchases. Lifetime membership the the T.O. edition. The SBU has different programs already set up for you to use.

There are specific programs that are aimed at Golf, Tennis, Martial Arts, and Baseball. The SBU is great for extra motivation and to learn how to exercise with the Body Lastics properly.

Bodylastics DVD

The BadAss Bodlastic Review strongly recommends you purchase the Bodylastics DVD when you purchase your bands. It is an extra $5 and the routines and video included are well worth the price.

BadAss Bodylastic Review

I am a strong advocate of Bodylastic exercises. I started using exercise bands for a quick warm up at work in my office and they have grown to replace my BowFlex. I really like the smoothness and the length of exercise I get out of my bands. I can easily move from exercise to exercise by moving closer or further from my anchor point. All the exercises I do with the bands involve my Bands anchored. I have a high anchor point and a low anchor point in my office.

Check here for more videos and exercises. I am an avid BadAss Bodylastic Exercise Band user.
