Easy and Quick Cooking Rice Recipe

Baghara Bhaat (Seasoned Fried Rice)

Ingredients :

2 tbsp oil

250 gms boiled rice

1 tsp cumin seeds

2 medium-sized onions finely chopped

1 tsp chopped garlic

1 tsp chopped green chillies

1 tsp salt

ΒΌ tsp turmeric powder

1 medium-sized tomato finely chopped

Bunch of curry leaves

Bunch of Coriander leaves for garnishing

Method :

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds. When they crackle add chopped garlic and chillies. Fry for a minute and then add chopped onions.
  2. Fry till they turn just golden brown and crisp.
  3. Quickly add turmeric powder and salt and then add chopped tomato.
  4. When it gives out a rich flavor of frying onions, add boiled rice. Mix well. Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
