Baked Dijon Mustard Chicken

Quick and easy chicken recipe that’s low in calories and cholesterol. This is good served with a salad or over rice.
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (ex. Grey Poupon) 2 teaspoons lemon or lime juice 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Black pepper to tastePreheat oven to 375:F.
Clean chicken. In a small bowl, stir together mustard, lemon or lime juice, black pepper and garlic powder. Arrange chicken in a single layer in a glass baking dish.
