Baked Dijon Mustard Chicken

Easy and yummy

Quick and easy chicken recipe that’s low in calories and cholesterol. This is good served with a salad or over rice.

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (ex. Grey Poupon)

2 teaspoons lemon or lime juice

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Black pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 375:F.

Clean chicken.

In a small bowl, stir together mustard, lemon or lime juice, black pepper and garlic powder. Arrange chicken in a single layer in a glass baking dish. Spread mustard mixture over the top of each piece.

Bake, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes, or until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
