Chicken

Found something new! Thought I would share it with you all.

Hope it tastes as good as it sounds!

BARBEQUE BAKED CHICKEN

1/4 c. salad oil

1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste

3/4 c. water

2 tbsp. vinegar

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 c. chopped onion

1 c. chopped green pepper

1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

3 tbsp. brown sugar

Chicken

Combine ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil, before pouring over chicken, cover and bake. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until tender. Remove cover last 15 minutes. Optional: Chicken can be skinned before cooking.
