Baker's Edge Brownie Pan

An Edge Indeed!

Do you live on the edge or closer to the middle of the road? We are not talking politics or lifestyles here, but rather brownie and bread preferences. Traditional types need not fear. After all, this is a free country and The Baker’s Edge Brownie Pan is very democratic. It allows for all types of preferences. One can even go middle-of the-pan brownie whenever the liberal mood strikes, without deciding to go one way or the other and without anyone else knowing how you REALLY feel.

Although creator, Matt Griffin, designed the incredible Baker’s Edge Baking Pan for brownies and their edges (or a fattening encounter of a wonderful kind, as they are sometimes referred to), this Baker’s Edge Brownie Pan also works well for lasagnas, casseroles, potpies and even breads (especially edge pieces). The shape of the Baker’s Edge Brownie Pan allows for more cooking, which means that you can create a tray full of centers by simply reducing oven time. This holds true no matter what your political persuasions.

As far as edges and brownie crusts go, aficionados need look no further than the Baker’s Edge Brownie Pan. The pan has EBCP (extra brownie crust powers) due to its construction. Additional corridors of space due to its interior walls provide 10 delectable corners instead of the usual large open space found in a normal pan. These passageways allow heat to be evenly distributed (I told you, democratic to the core.) The result is always a perfect brownie with at least two chewy edges and no more underdone middles with burnt edges. (No more burnt edges forever. Let my brownies go, sayeth the brownie gods and goddesses.)

Made from heavy-gauge cast aluminum, the Baker’s Edge Brownie Pan has recessed handles, which allow the pan to be gripped when turned over. Arguments are sure to ensue about who will be the lucky one to not only get the corner, but the piece with the two corners!

Get the Baker’s Edge Brownie Pan today and remember:

The family that eats brownies together will continue to eat brownies together!
