Bakugan New Vestroia: Vexos

Bakugan New Vestroia is the third installment of the Bakugan cartoon series. It is a wildly popular cartoon and collectable card game and toy line. The bad guys in New Vestroia are called the Vexos organization. The Vexos are the top Bakugan Brawlers from the Vestal people. They have come to colonize the planets of Vestroia, and as a people they have taken control of the planet, and the Bakugan! Now they enslave the creatures and force them to battle. Very few actually know the truth that the Bakugan are real live thinking creatures, and the Vexos are keeping it secret from everybody. The Vestal technology is highly advanced, and they are able to revive ancient Bakugan to form Trap Bakugan, they can even create new mechanical Bakugan as well!

 Here's a closer look at those who make up the Vexos Brawlers:

Spectra is the super cool leader of the Vexos Brawlers. He is the top ranked brawler in all of the Vestal nations. He is a powerful brawler, cool and composed at all times. He believes he is all but invencible and serves Prince Hydron, at least that's what he says. He doesn't like the prince very much and craves the power of the Bakugan for himself. You can bet there will be a showdown later. Spectra uses the Pyrus attribute and uses Viper Helios as his Bakugan of choice. Viper Helios is a mighty dragonoid who is all but undefeatable. Spectra's trap Bakugan is Metalfencer.

Gus is the second in command in the Vexos group. He is also the second strongest battle brawler among the Vestals. He first met Spectra in a match where he was defeated, but upon seeing the flaming eyes of Helios in a painting, Gus knew he had been chosen to join Spectra and follow him wherever he may lead. As the second in command, quite often the other Vexos members get a little jealous of him.

Gus battles using the Subterra attribute. Gus craves power, and devotes his life to training. He is quick, agile, quick witted, and very powerful, and he knows it. This makes him just a little arrogant, and also a mighty opponent for Dan and the Resistance. Gus' Bakugan of choice is Vulcan and his trap is the Bakugan Hexados.

Mylene is the only girl among the Vexos Brawlers. She is a powerful fighter in her own right, ruthless and cold hearted. Though perhaps she is just trying to hold her own among all the guys. She is a natural leader and is always challenging the authority of her leaders. She doesn't care much for the other members of her team either. Finding them annoying and inferior, Mylene often shuns them and goes off alone. Mylene loves to hunt Bakugan, and doesn't care one bit for the Bakugan's feelings. She often will harvest many only to destroy the ones she doesn't like or doesn't find powerful enough. To say she is cold hearted is a bit of an understatement.

She uses smarts instead of might and is loyal to the Vexos... to a point. She does not trust Spectra, and like all power hungry people she has her own agenda. Mylene is an Aquos brawler who uses Elico as her Bakugan of choice.

Lync is a tricky opponent to say the least. He is arrogent and believes he can beat anybody at any time. Lync also has a very loud mouth, always shouting insults and taunting his opponents. Likely it's all part of his strategy as Ventus lends itself to deception and cunning. He doesn't care at all about Bakugan, only beating his enemies. Myra's father created the first mechanical Bakugan and gave it to Lync to test out.

Lync plays the Ventus attribute, and he battles with the worlds first Mechanical Bakugan Altair who is a mighty Bakugan and could one day be upgraded into the strongest Bakugan of all if Myra's father has any say in matters. His trap is Wired.

Shadow plays the Darkus attribute, and it fits him perfectly. He is dark and creepy and a little evil. Shadow is a young Vestal nobleman, and a might bralwer. He is brutal and cruel in battle and he attacks without mercy and at any moment.

Shadow likes to pop up in strange places, even hanging upside down like a bat. He might even sleep that way. His whole persona is designed to scare people, from his black fingernails to his purple trench coat.

He's famous for using his long trench coat to conceal what attacks he has planned, and unleashing them in a fury. Shadow uses Fortress as his trap Bakugan and Hades as his warrior Bakugan.

Volt is a strong member of the Vexos team and plays the Haos attribute. He is honorable and fair in all his battles, much to his team's disapproval. He doesn't like cowardly conduct, and he is quite a good speaker. Though he lets his battles to the talking for him when the time comes. Volt is a force to be reckoned with, and his honor doesn't slow him down in battle at all. Though one day it may lead to his leaving Vexos for good since he does not approve of their tactics.

Volt is a very strong and plays Haos bakugan very well. He uses his strength instead of his mind quite often. Brontes is Volt's warrior Bakugan and Dynamo is his Bakugan trap.

So that is the Vexos team. They are a mighty force to be dealt with, and they might become too powerful even for Prince Hydron to control. Nevertheless, Dan and his Bakugan Resistance have a lot of work cut out for them!
